Terms
The short version of how Secundo works.
Updated 18 August 2026
By using Secundo (the website or the Mac app) you agree to these terms. Secundo is made by BSide Tech.
Your stuff
You own your projects, tasks, notes, images, and meeting notes. Don’t put anything in Secundo you don’t have the right to use.
Our stuff
The Secundo app, website, and brand are ours. Please don’t copy or resell them.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
Calendar
Connecting Google, Outlook, or an ICS feed is optional. Events stay with those services — we don’t store them. The web app and Mac app read them on your device to show the calendar. Edits you make in Secundo are written back to Google or Outlook. How we use Google user data is in the Privacy page.
Meetings
Recording is optional. Audio is deleted once the transcript is done. You’re responsible for having the right to record a call.
AI
Some features use AI: meeting transcripts and notes, tidying tasks, parsing a typed event description, daily plan emails, and image generation. We do not send Google Calendar event contents to AI providers. AI can get things wrong. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
The service
We try to keep Secundo working, but we don’t promise it will be up all the time or free of bugs. Features can change. Don’t abuse the service, scrape it, or use it to break the law.
Stopping
You can stop using Secundo at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may update this page; the date at the top is the latest version.
