Share a project by invite, assign people with @ or by dragging their avatar, and everyone on the project sees the same tasks.

• Invite someone to a project by email. They sign in with that address, then accept or decline.
• File a task with /project-slug. Assign it with @person-slug. Each /slug is unique, so it always means one project.
• Members see every task on a shared project and can work on them. Unfiled tasks stay yours.
• Owners invite and remove people, and edit or delete the project. Members can leave; the tasks stay for everyone else.
• On a shared project, drag a teammate’s avatar onto a task to assign them.
• When someone else changes a shared task, your board updates without a refresh.
• Avatars are colorful marbles with initials. Settings shows yours next to your name, and you can rename your @handle.
• The menu bar task window labels the project with /slug, same as filing.

Claude can finish authorizing Secundo as an MCP connector.

• Connecting Claude through MCP no longer stops with an invalid client error after sign-in.

The admin users list shows how many projects, notes, meetings, images, and calendars each person has.

• On Users, each row shows counts for projects, notes, meetings, images, and calendars, next to tasks.
• Those totals refresh once a day, the same way task counts already do.

Choose languages for summaries and tasks, pick GPT Image 2.5 Flare or Sunburst, and Claude MCP sign-in works again.

• On Images, choose Flare for faster generation, or Sunburst for tighter control on edits and detail.
• Set a user language in Settings, or match the device.
• Meeting summaries can stay in the transcript language or switch to yours.
• Task enrichment can follow the task, the project, or your language. Projects have a language field for that.
• Settings extra help stays behind an Info toggle. On a narrower window, the dashboard nav collapses to icons.
• Connecting Claude through MCP no longer fails at sign-in.

Repeating events and multi-day dates, and the menu bar calendar on macOS 27.

• Create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or weekday repeating events, with an optional until date.
• Start and end each have a date; the end date stays the same as start until you change it.
• For a repeating invite, accept or delete this event or the whole series.
• Overnight and multi-day events show on every day they span in the menu bar calendar.
• On macOS 27 (Golden Gate), clicking the menu bar icon shows the calendar under the item again.

The menu bar title drops deleted events, and recording shows how long it has been running.

• Deleting or declining an event clears the menu bar countdown immediately, even when the panel is closed.
• The title only shows the meeting happening now (time left) or the next one inside the countdown window.
• While recording, the menu bar shows elapsed time — Recording… 32m.

Invites open as a guest view with RSVP, guest status is visible, and typing no longer triggers letter shortcuts.

• Opening an invite you do not organize shows when, where, who, and notes, with Accepted, Maybe, or Declined — plus Join when there is a meeting link.
• If the organizer allows it, add more guests from that view.
• Guest lists show each person’s status — accepted, maybe, declined, or awaiting.
• After you RSVP, an organizer edit no longer forces you to respond again.
• Date and time fields in the event editor wrap on a narrower window; delete uses a trash icon.
• Letter shortcuts no longer fire while you are typing in an input.

Cancelled events land in the inbox, saving no longer beach-balls the menu bar, and the calendar refreshes on its own.

• When a Google or Outlook event is cancelled or deleted, it appears in the bell inbox on the website and in the menu bar, with a system notification.
• Saving a new event no longer freezes the menu bar.
• The calendar refreshes every minute, when you open the panel, and from a refresh control next to Settings.
• The menu bar countdown rebuilds on each refresh so it stays in sync.

The menu bar calendar defaults to week view, with a flowing agenda and faster extra windows.

• Week view is the default; switch to the full month with the chevrons next to the date, or set the default in Settings.
• Cross-month labels shorten to fit (Aug 31 - Sept 6), and the year only appears when it isn’t this year.
• Invites sit in the top bar as a bell, before Settings. New event stays on the calendar row, on the right.
• The agenda is one continuous list: about a month back and three months ahead, with more loaded as you scroll. Clicking a day scrolls that day to the top.
• Settings and the event editor stay warm so they open instantly, and those windows show in Cmd+Tab.
• Opening extra windows no longer beach-balls the menu bar.

Keep calendar and tasks on the device, email meeting notes, and transcribe long recordings without failing.

• The menu bar keeps a local copy of your calendar, tasks, notes, and meetings so windows open from disk instead of waiting on the network.
• From a meeting page, send the notes by email: type addresses, press Enter to add them, and remove them as tags.
• The Meetings plus sits on the title row instead of at the bottom of the list.
• Note and meeting titles wrap fully instead of truncating.
• Meeting mentions past the first ten sit behind Show all.
• Long WAV recordings are split before transcription so large files no longer fail.

Create and edit events in their own window; click an agenda event for a compact peek.

• New and Edit open a centered event window: title, calendar, times, guests, and notes.
• Clicking an event in the menu bar shows a small peek; Edit opens the full editor.
• Calendar names use your settings aliases, with the account email beside them. Google calendars offer Google Meet; Outlook calendars offer Microsoft Teams.
• Timezone is optional — turn on Edit timezone to pick from the same list as the website.

A quieter fullscreen event reminder, with join and record actions that match the event type.

• Light and dark both keep the same transparent overlay. Click away, Esc, or Enter still dismisses it.
• You see the scheduled time, a countdown until start, then elapsed time in red.
• Online events get Join call and Join & start recording. In-person or unknown events get Start recording.

After an update, see what changed; Settings shows the changelog in the app; the menu bar tells you when a new build is waiting.

• The first launch after an update opens a What’s new window with those release notes. Dismiss it once and it stays gone until the next update.
• Settings → changelog lists every release in the app, same notes as the website.
• Twice a day the app checks for updates. If one is available, a notification opens Settings so you can install it.

Settings match the website layout, recordings can nudge you when a call runs long, and meeting note titles are editable.

• Settings uses a left nav and grouped cards for general, style, calendar, tasks, recordings, and changelog.
• Microphone and screen recording are separate permission rows, with Grant only when needed.
• A recording reminder pops up after the calendar event ends, or after 10, 30, or 60 minutes — test it from Settings.

Stay signed in overnight: access tokens last 30 days and no longer rotate on Mac sleep.

• The menu bar session lasts 30 days and refreshes when a week remains, so opening the laptop after sleep does not force a re-login.
• A concurrent token refresh can no longer wipe a successful sign-in from disk.

New tasks land at the top, in-progress events use their calendar colour, and running timers stay visible when a project filter would hide them.

• A newly added task appears at the top of its board column instead of the bottom.
• Events happening now fill with that calendar’s colour and black or white text — the same on the website and in the menu bar, in light or dark mode.
• The running-timer notice also shows on the tasks page when you’re focused on a different project than the one the timer belongs to.

Stay signed in on the menu bar until you revoke that client in Settings.

• The menu bar app refreshes its session silently and stays signed in after you sign out of the website.
• To disconnect it, revoke Secundo Desktop under Settings → OAuth clients.

Fix the menu bar auto-update install.

• Updater downloads no longer fail signature checks after a republished build.
• Install & Restart should complete normally; sign in again if you still see the auth session error from 0.4.16.

Re-sign in after the auth upgrade when the menu bar session expires.

• Stale OAuth refresh tokens from the Better Auth 1.7 migration clear automatically instead of showing a raw API error.
• Sign in again once to get a new session; no other desktop changes required for the new auth endpoints.

Recorded calls land in Meetings with a transcript and structured notes.

• After you stop recording, the transcript is saved in the Meetings notebook with summary, takeaways, and next steps.
• The email (if enabled) links to that page instead of attaching the full transcript.
• Save-to-notebook is gone; notes are stored automatically.

A tighter menu bar calendar, with recording and settings on their own row.

• The panel is a bit narrower, and the month grid uses more of the width with tighter rows.
• Recording and Settings sit on a top action row, leaving room for a calendar/tasks switcher later.
• New event is a ghost plus on the right of the calendar controls.

Menu bar countdown clears after Mac sleep.

• The countdown runs on a main-thread timer and refreshes on wake, so “1s left” does not stick after sleep.
• Ended events are dropped from the tray snapshot on wake; clearing the title blanks the status item first so macOS does not keep a stale string.

Calendar events stay on screen while they refresh.

• The web and menu bar calendars remember the last fetched events locally, so a reload is not an empty grid.
• Paging months or weeks shows the cached range immediately, then overwrites it when the live fetch returns.

Outlook calendar, with Teams links on events.

• Connect one or more Outlook or Microsoft 365 accounts in Settings, next to Google and ICS.
• Create, edit, delete, and RSVP on writable Outlook calendars; events stay in Outlook.
• Choose Teams instead of Meet when the selected calendar is Outlook.
• The menu bar app shows Outlook events after you connect in the web app.

Respond to calendar invites from the menu bar.

• Unanswered invites dim in the agenda; Accept, Maybe, or Decline from the mail inbox or the event editor.
• A system notification arrives for new invites; clicking it opens the panel on the inbox.
• The web calendar uses the same dimming for pending invites.

Past events stay in place, and the menu bar countdown actually ends.

• Today’s elapsed events keep their order and dim; a Past events divider sits between past and current or upcoming.
• The menu bar title is no longer held at “1s left” after an event ends, including when the panel has been closed.

• The menu bar countdown is computed natively, so ended events leave the title even when the panel is closed.

• Create, edit, delete, and drag events on writable Google calendars — events live in Google, not in Secundo.
