Mark tasks as a bug or a feature, and filter by either.

• Tasks can now be marked as a bug or a feature. A project banner shows a bug and a puzzle piece just before the important flame: drag either onto a task to mark it, and hover the chip on the task and click its ✕ to remove it. Click one in the banner to filter, separately from the flame, and switch several on to see tasks that carry all of them.
• Fix the web build hanging after the new image download formats. JPEG XL downloads work as before.

Download an image as PNG, JPG, WebP or JPEG XL.

• The Download button on the Images page, for a new image or a saved one, now lets you pick a format: Original, PNG, JPG, WebP or JPEG XL. The image is converted as it downloads. Picking the format it already has gives you the file unchanged.

Hover or click a bar in the Status page history to see what was failing then.

• On the Status page, hovering a history bar shows when it was, how the system scored and which services were failing. Clicking a bar shows what was failing in that period, with the errors recorded at the time. Click it again, or "back to now", to return to the live view. The page now uses sermon-js 0.4.0.

Meetings of any length transcribe reliably.

• Recorded meetings transcribe reliably at any length, with any of the three transcription models. Audio is compressed and cut at natural pauses before it is sent, and a part the model turns down is retried in smaller pieces instead of failing the meeting. Uploaded M4A and WebM files now work with Microsoft MAI-Transcribe 2 too.
• Meeting recordings are saved as compressed audio, about a tenth of the size, so long meetings upload faster and no longer hit the upload size limit.

Transcription errors can be dismissed.

• A failed transcription shows in Alerts, including an empty transcript. Dismiss it there, or from the live transcript, instead of leaving it on screen.

Project cards press down when clicked.

• Clicking a project in the list shifts its card down slightly, like a button, and the pointer shows while you hover a card.

Filter a project's tasks from its banner.

• Click a teammate on the project banner to show only tasks assigned to them. Click any person to show everyone again. The others dim, and nobody can be dragged onto a task while that filter is on.
• Click the flame to show only important tasks. It can be on together with a person, and the flame can't be dragged while it is filtering.
• The selected chip flips its background and shows a ring. Hover it to see an ✕.

Recordings transcribe again.

• Stopping or uploading a recording no longer fails before transcription starts.

Long recordings finish transcription.

• A meeting of about two hours or longer now transcribes instead of stopping with a server error.

Pause a call recording without starting a second one.

• Pause from the menu bar, the panel, or the live transcript when someone wants to go off the record. Resume continues the same recording, and Stop still saves one meeting.
• The paused stretch is left out of the recording, the transcript, and the timer.

Ask Secundo can now make changes for you, once you approve them.

• Ask it to create or update tasks, file a meeting under a project, or write a note — for example, “turn the next steps from that meeting into tasks in Line 21”.
• Each change appears as a card showing exactly what will happen. Nothing changes until you click Approve; Cancel, or simply asking something else, leaves everything as it was.
• Changed items link straight from the card, and Undo puts things back the way they were.
• Instructions written inside your meetings, notes or tasks are never acted on — only what you ask in the conversation.

Ask Secundo questions about your meetings, notes and tasks, and find anything faster with search.

• Pro accounts can open Ask from the top bar, or type a question in the search bar and choose Ask Secundo. Answers link to the meetings, notes and tasks they come from, you can ask follow-ups, and past conversations are kept.
• Search now covers every task, note and meeting rather than the 500 most recent, and still finds things when you misspell a word.
• Claude and other agents connected over MCP can search the same way, limited to what you have given them access to.

Assign several people to a task, and mark it important with a single flame.

• Drag each teammate from the project header onto a task to add them. Hover an avatar on the task and click its ✕ to unassign them.
• Every @mention in a task now assigns that person, not just the first one.
• Importance is on or off. Any number of leading ! marks a task important, shown as a red flame to the right of its people.
• Drag the flame from the project header onto a task to mark it important, and hover the flame on the task and click its ✕ to remove it.

Teach Secundo the names and jargon from your meetings so transcripts and summaries spell them right.

• Settings → Meetings → Memory holds a list of names, products, and terms, one per line or separated by commas. Write Ana Ribeiro = CTO at Acme to add background the summary can use.
• Both transcription models use the Memory, including live transcription, and so does every summary — even for uploads with no calendar event.
• The desktop app's Meetings settings now include the Transcription model picker and the Memory.

Jump back to today from the calendar heading.

• Click the date range at the top of the calendar to go back to the week or month that contains today.

Delete a meeting from its page.

• The menu in the top-right corner of a meeting now has Delete, as on notes, and removes the meeting's notes, transcript, and recording after you confirm.

Repeating events save the rest of the series, and Outlook events keep the time you picked.

• Saving a repeating event with This and following changes this event and every later one, and leaves the earlier ones alone.
• Outlook events save at the time you picked. While your clock ran ahead of UTC they were filed that many hours early — an 11:00 London meeting landed at 10:00 through British Summer Time.
• The event editor shows which save is running, and Cancel stays available while it works.

Choose this event or the rest of the series when you save or delete a repeating event.

File a notebook or a meeting to a project so members can share it.

• File a notes notebook or an individual meeting to a project. Unfiled notes stay private.
• New meeting summaries try to match an existing project automatically.
• On notes and meeting pages, the scrollbar sits on the right edge, shows only while you scroll, and the top and bottom fade when content overflows.
• Meeting notes and the recap email are still created when the model skips optional fields like the memorable quote.

Keep a meeting recording for up to 7 days and download it from the note.

• In Settings, Retain recording can keep the audio after transcription for 1 to 7 days. No retaining is the default.
• While the file is still there, the meeting note has a Download control with the time left.
• Expired recordings are deleted overnight. Changing the setting only applies to meetings you record after that.

Pick OpenAI or Scribe for recorded meetings, see who spoke, and notes can quote a striking line.

• In Settings, choose OpenAI gpt-transcribe (default) or ElevenLabs Scribe v2 for recorded meetings. Live capture still uses gpt-live-transcribe.
• Summaries still use Claude Sonnet 4.6, and each meeting note lists which models ran for transcription and summary.
• Calendar attendee names are passed as a glossary so spoken names are more likely to be spelled correctly.
• Scribe transcripts are split into speaker turns and shown as a conversation on the meeting page.
• Meeting notes may include a memorable quote between the summary and key takeaways, including in the emailed recap.
• People and event guests now show blobatars on a translucent circle, and hovering an avatar shows the name immediately.

Unread calendar alerts show their count in the menu bar when nothing else is using it.

• When the menu bar is idle, pending invites and cancelled-event alerts appear as a number next to the icon.
• A current or upcoming event still takes the title; the count comes back when that string clears.

Share a project by invite, assign people with @ or by dragging their avatar, and everyone on the project sees the same tasks.

• Invite someone to a project by email. They sign in with that address, then accept or decline.
• File a task with /project-slug. Assign it with @person-slug. Each /slug is unique, so it always means one project.
• Members see every task on a shared project and can work on them. Unfiled tasks stay yours.
• Owners invite and remove people, and edit or delete the project. Members can leave; the tasks stay for everyone else.
• On a shared project, drag a teammate’s avatar onto a task to assign them.
• When someone else changes a shared task, your board updates without a refresh.
• Avatars are colorful marbles with initials. Settings shows yours next to your name, and you can rename your @handle.
• The menu bar task window labels the project with /slug, same as filing.

Claude can finish authorizing Secundo as an MCP connector.

• Connecting Claude through MCP no longer stops with an invalid client error after sign-in.

The admin users list shows how many projects, notes, meetings, images, and calendars each person has.

• On Users, each row shows counts for projects, notes, meetings, images, and calendars, next to tasks.
• Those totals refresh once a day, the same way task counts already do.

Choose languages for summaries and tasks, pick GPT Image 2.5 Flare or Sunburst, and Claude MCP sign-in works again.

• On Images, choose Flare for faster generation, or Sunburst for tighter control on edits and detail.
• Set a user language in Settings, or match the device.
• Meeting summaries can stay in the transcript language or switch to yours.

Repeating events and multi-day dates, and the menu bar calendar on macOS 27.

• Create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or weekday repeating events, with an optional until date.
• Start and end each have a date; the end date stays the same as start until you change it.
• For a repeating invite, accept or delete this event or the whole series.
• Overnight and multi-day events show on every day they span in the menu bar calendar.
• On macOS 27 (Golden Gate), clicking the menu bar icon shows the calendar under the item again.

The menu bar title drops deleted events, and recording shows how long it has been running.

• Deleting or declining an event clears the menu bar countdown immediately, even when the panel is closed.
• The title only shows the meeting happening now (time left) or the next one inside the countdown window.
• While recording, the menu bar shows elapsed time — Recording… 32m.

Invites open as a guest view with RSVP, guest status is visible, and typing no longer triggers letter shortcuts.

• Opening an invite you do not organize shows when, where, who, and notes, with Accepted, Maybe, or Declined — plus Join when there is a meeting link.
• If the organizer allows it, add more guests from that view.
• Guest lists show each person’s status — accepted, maybe, declined, or awaiting.
• After you RSVP, an organizer edit no longer forces you to respond again.

Cancelled events land in the inbox, saving no longer beach-balls the menu bar, and the calendar refreshes on its own.

The menu bar calendar defaults to week view, with a flowing agenda and faster extra windows.

• Week view is the default; switch to the full month with the chevrons next to the date, or set the default in Settings.
• Cross-month labels shorten to fit (Aug 31 - Sept 6), and the year only appears when it isn’t this year.
• Invites sit in the top bar as a bell, before Settings. New event stays on the calendar row, on the right.
• The agenda is one continuous list: about a month back and three months ahead, with more loaded as you scroll. Clicking a day scrolls that day to the top.

• Calendar names use your settings aliases, with the account email beside them. Google calendars offer Google Meet; Outlook calendars offer Microsoft Teams.
• Timezone is optional — turn on Edit timezone to pick from the same list as the website.

A quieter fullscreen event reminder, with join and record actions that match the event type.

• Light and dark both keep the same transparent overlay. Click away, Esc, or Enter still dismisses it.
• You see the scheduled time, a countdown until start, then elapsed time in red.
• Online events get Join call and Join & start recording. In-person or unknown events get Start recording.

After an update, see what changed; Settings shows the changelog in the app; the menu bar tells you when a new build is waiting.

• The first launch after an update opens a What’s new window with those release notes. Dismiss it once and it stays gone until the next update.

• Twice a day the app checks for updates. If one is available, a notification opens Settings so you can install it.

New tasks land at the top, in-progress events use their calendar colour, and running timers stay visible when a project filter would hide them.

Menu bar countdown clears after Mac sleep.

• The countdown runs on a main-thread timer and refreshes on wake, so “1s left” does not stick after sleep.
• Ended events are dropped from the tray snapshot on wake; clearing the title blanks the status item first so macOS does not keep a stale string.

Calendar events stay on screen while they refresh.

• The web and menu bar calendars remember the last fetched events locally, so a reload is not an empty grid.

Respond to calendar invites from the menu bar.

• Unanswered invites dim in the agenda; Accept, Maybe, or Decline from the mail inbox or the event editor.

Past events stay in place, and the menu bar countdown actually ends.
